Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 10 am - 6 pm

Wednesday: 4 pm - 8 pm

Thursday: 10 am - 6 pm

Friday: 10 am - 2 pm

Saturday: By request (Two Saturdays a month).

Sunday: Closed

Booking appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Same-day bookings are allowed if availability permits.

50% deposit is required for all bookings. once your deposit has been paid you will receive a confirmation of appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible and please be aware that if you’re late, I may not be able to carry out your full appointment but full payment will be required.

Saturdays are by request only and can be booked in person or via my website.

I am no longer able to accommodate appointments outside of my listed working hours.

Any changes to my schedule, including holidays or seasonal adjustments, will be communicated in advance.

Appointments can be scheduled via my website or through a direct message.

Where possible please try to book your next appointment during your visit.

When you arrive

Parking: You can park on the driveway. If you arrive early and there are already two cars parked, please wait for the previous client to leave (one car lives here).

Arrival: Please wait in your car until your appointment time; I’ll meet you at the gate.

Workspace: I work from my garden summerhouse, which I call the Beauty Shed, and also have a spray tanning shed now too. Occasionally, there may be some outside noise.

Facilities: Tea, coffee, and water are always available, but unfortunately there are no toilet facilities (see toilet policy).

Comfort: Let me know if you’re too hot or cold, and I’ll adjust the heating/air-conditioning accordingly.

Cancellations

1. 48-Hour Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will require a 100% fee.

3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notifying me will need to pay the full fee and a deposit to rebook.

4. Exceptions: Flexibility will be offered in genuine emergency situations.

5. Notification: Please inform me of cancellations via, call, text, email, or any other preferred means.

Toilet Facilities

We regret to inform clients that toilet facilities are unavailable during appointments due to insurance restrictions. This policy maintains a safe and compliant environment for everyone.

For convenience, the nearest public toilets are:

• Sainsbury’s, Mill View, March, PE15 8SY (4-minute drive, 1 mile)

• Tesco, Hostmoor Ave, March, PE15 0AX (5-minute drive, 1.6 miles)

We kindly encourage clients to plan accordingly before their visit to avoid any inconvenience.

Payments

Payment Methods : Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer, or the website. Payment is due at the time of service.

Health and Safety

Client Health: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries that may affect your treatment.

Hygiene: I maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Clients are expected to follow hygiene guidelines during treatments.

Gift Vouchers and Special Offers

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Special Offers: Special offers are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Privacy Policy

Client Information: All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for appointment scheduling and communication purposes.

Data Protection: We comply with data protection regulations to ensure your information is secure.

General

Changes to Terms: Blissful Serenity reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.

Liability: Blissful Serenity is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during treatments, except where caused by our negligence.
